– STORIES FROM THE TRAY OFFICIAL RELEASE
NOV. 2001
Liner Notes “Stories From The Tray”
originated as a compilation of waitressing
observations. The title of the cd is used
to symbolically define the interactions
within the service industry between server
and customer. Each song represents a person
or persons, mood , actual experience, a
couple of waitress fantasies, vacation,
and live bar samples. All the musicians
were met through the tray, or someone who
knew someone through the tray. There are
so many artists working in the service industry
to support their financially unappreciated
“work” Stories From The Tray”
is dedicated to those who prevail.
The recordings took place at Keith Mariash’s
studio, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada between
Aug 2000-Aug 2001. Produced by Ronley Teper
& Keith Mariash. All songs copyright
