Cornered In The Alley

Cornered in the alley.
“you yeah you! You owe me!”
“Oh no I don’t.”
“Oh but yes you do”
you owe me for the many a years
I was doing a thing called teach
And I got made fun of over nothing
‘cause I was trying to teach
but you never learned
and you say that I owe you?
So you see you owe me for the
Many a years I had to endure
Your treacherous attitudes and
Excessive apathy
For your lack of concern
And constant yearning for brutality
Well it’s your choice to be so ordinary
So ordinary that your spirit is buried
Underneath all that brand name penashary
Is that a word?
Well I guess it is if I’m using it
Cornered in the Alley
You, you owe me
For robbing you in this alley
To install some fear that will
Maybe show you the light of the light of
The importance of every moment for this
Sense of insight
And I don’t say I’m right
But it’s another way of looking at it.
Cornered in the Alley
You you owe me!
Oh no I don’t
Oh but yes you do.
